country girl heading to vegas…where to go?
okay im sure ill hit a club or two, but im more into country music and bud light. ill be going for my 21st with my best friend and a few cousins. ive never been to a club here, and i dont want to stand in line for two hours to get in a club there. where are some cool places for "country" folk such as myself in vegas. i know for sure im going to toby’s bar. and coyote ugly. are there any other places like these? let me know, thanks
Stick around Las Vegas long enough and you’re bound to see a tumbleweed. Think about that tumbleweed long enough and you’re bound to see the need for a good, ol’ country bar right here in Sin City. It’s just logic. And Stoney’s Rockin’ Country is the logical place to go for all your Western nightlife needs.

Toby Keith’s and Coyote Ugly are the best bars on the strip for a more laid-back, country-style fun time. The Rockhouse Bar at Imperial Palace can be fun, and so can the Carnaval Court at Harrah’s. Different live music, but they’re laid-back and don’t involve waits at the door or anything like that. There is also a Margaritaville at Flamingo and a House of Blues at Mandalay. I like the Bar at Times Square at NYNY and the Brew Pub at Monte Carlo. If you want to go off the strip, there are probably some other good places as well.

Stoney’s Country bar near Southpoint hotel. But it’s off the strip. Hooter’s hotel has a great country bar. I think it’s only open Wed- Sun. No cover. I’ve gone to Toby’s a few times where it was closed. Maybe call first. Harrahs Carnival Court is fun to go to especially during the afternoon when there is no live music anywhere else. Check out Big Elvis at Bills Gambling Saloon. 3-7 weekdays. It’s free.
I just found out that the Dixie bar in Hooters is no longer country.

You should check out http://n9negroup.com/newhome/index.cfm for tickts to some of the clubs. You can buy tickets here and get into all the clubs with these tickets. I am sure you are a country girl but have fun in vegas getting away from home check out all the cool clubs they have.

"When the last tree will be fallen, the last river poisoned, the last fish caught….?
… you will realize you can’t eat money.
Our land is more worthy than your money. And will last forever. It won’t be destroyed, neither by fire flames. Till the sun will shine and the water will flow, it will feed life to men and animals.
You can’t sell the life of animals and men; it was the Great Spirit who placed here the land, and we can’t sell it, because it belongs to us. You can count your money, and you can burn it at the time a bison leans its head, but only the Great Spirit can count the grains of sand and the blades of grass of our land. As an offer to you, we give everything we have, and that you can bring with you… but never the land."
Go on supporting your dream made of evident opulence and millionaire heroes, promoted by propaganda as the maximum example of successful life. Go on destroying woods and seas and subdividing the land with fierce yearning of profit; go on supporting bankers’ and lobbies’ dictatorship deceiving you you’re living in a free land, where you can buy every sort of useless stuff and rubbish with your beloved money, just to swell the pockets of few elite groups hiding under every machine politics. Go on deceiving yourself that money & power make someone’s life really happy, worthy of respect in this sick world that can no more respect the dignity of people and their work, whatever work. People will be attracted by work and wild competition just as an opportunity to improve themselves in a mere materialistic point-of-view, even if they’ll hate their work; they won’t be able to breath fresh air, to have a nice bike trip with their family, to stare amazed at mountains, to rest in the backyard chatting with the neighbours about how life is wonderful although its simplicity: he’s too focused in preserving all the useless stuff that propaganda persuaded him to buy, or fighting with his friends like rabid dogs to survive, than taking care of his spirit and the people around him.
You won’t be able to think with your own heads, ’cause your system and your politicians ate your brain, and through medias provided you how you must think, who’s the enemy you must distrust, what kind of food you like eating, what you need buying, what will be your favorite TV programs, what will be your diseases and what will be the drug you’ll need to recover. Sometimes, government even decides how you will die… but medias don’t talk about this.
In this capitalized world, how much time will we have to wait until we’ll realize we can’t eat our own God… Money God?
The land will always heal and adapt. By destroying what is here in our current time is pending the time until we as humans can’t be sustained here anymore, but nature herself will always adapt and survive. I myself understand the concept of seeing an old oak tree sway in the wind and rather see it that way than own the many 100 dollar bills it could be made into. "It is neither wealth nor splendor, but tranquility and occupation which give happiness". -Thomas Jefferson 1788. One day the world will realize what they are doing and the empty lives they are living, but will it be too late by then? Only time will tell. All you can do is be thankful for knowing a different life than those "empty" people and thanking God each night you get to live it.

it is not my dream. life would be better without money. We could all live off the land and die when we should. the media is hypnotizing people and drawing people away from the truth with all this propaganda, it’s deceptions of the world. We eat foods that cause cancer, genetically, chemically enhanced. Hydrogenated foods. All around us…find a cure for cancer. Stop poisoning us. We live in a bio-sphere. All pollution is still here. All the pesticides, herbicides, still here. Lower 48 pollution goes northerly to the top of the world. People being born physically handicapped due to these toxins being dumped all over Mother Earth. She can’t take much more before she stops the people by natural disasters. It is happening now.

Nice dream, but this is the real world. I’m not sure where you live, but when I go to the market they expect me to pay with money. The house I live in, that protects my family from the elements, money. The land you so dreamily describes, if you want to walk on it, you must own it, money.
People with money are in a better position to protect the environment that poor people. Who has better environmental controls, the USA or Mexico, India, China? How did those houses in Haiti stand up to the earthquake? Is Haiti now better off for being poor?
Please think about what you are saying before you write this stuff.

Do You Like My Storie I Wrote For This Girl?
As the, moonlight glimmers and sparkles over her shoulder. He watches from a far, far distance, that to him it seem permanent but knows its not forever. As her smile, its reflected over, and over in his mind, the way it spread across her face, getting bigger with each compliment, he feels proud to be the one making it. Her eyes softly brush across the words hes wrote, repeating them to her self as she reads them word by word. staring at her hair, it looks as soft as the Midnight clouds, as she slowly brushes it away from her eyes, to only read his reassuring words of care and taking away her fear of being alone. He watched her hands as she slowly lowers them from her head, he could only stop and wish they would interlock with his. The thoughts of her soft hands, grazing upon his made his heart skip beat like it was the first to last. As he eagerly waits for the reply, then a tear would slowly run down his cheek and drip from his chin , as each of her words are so gentle and kind. He could not only wonder, why were they so close, but yet so distant. he stopped, his large muscular hands ran down the, pale white keys, dropped down from the desk. hung down by his sides he threw his head back, there was only one question he could ask himself. " What was he doing?"
It was so wrong but it felt so right. Every time his eyes met hers, he would take 1 long deep breath, and just smile, smile like it was the 1st morning of summer or like he had taken his 1st kiss, or it was Christmas and he had gotten the one thing he longed for. He would try and give hints, clues anything, he would sing to her, leave her sweet emails, even wright her stories. Maybe she was blind to his love. Or didn’t she want to believe it. He couldn’t care less, of what he was doing wrong. He just cared about her, holding her when she cried, and making the pain going away. Laughing when she laughed, even if he didn’t know why she laughed. He wanted to lie next to her as she drifted away in his arms. He just wanted to be the one. The one she cried for when she was in unbearable pain. The one she would think of, and get distracted. The one she always talked about, thought about, dreamed about. He wanted to be the one. The one to give her his jacket when it got cold. The one to walk her right to her door step before the kiss goodnight. He wanted to be the one she loved. It was Obvious he was dreaming.
And these dreams they don’t come true.
The same as every night, the agony to say goodbye crushed his insides. wondering when the next time he will speak again to her is. But tonight, this goodbye was like no other goodbye, it seemed, deeper and more meaningful from her side. Then his heart sank to the bottom of his stomach as he searched the words above, " I wont be on for a few days". suddenly he felt alone, who was going to be there when he needed someone the most. The sadness he felt, he started finding it hard to give her the perfect goodbye. tossing gentle but firm words around. persuading her not to leave, without actually saying it. It may have been a few days to her, but a life time to him. As she leaves, he continues to read her last words on the screen over and over. repeating them in his mind like a broken record, but it was his favorite song. He just sat waiting and wondering, wondering and wish, just hoping for the chance that she may sign back in again. He wanted another chance to say goodbye. Every time he closed his eyes When he was wishing for her to come back, he would notice her big green eyes reflected in his mind, staring right at him as she smiled. She was a amazing person, why couldn’t she see it.
A day without her was hard enough, he felt sick, alone, hurt. The girl he loved, didn’t want to be around him. It was so obvious, and it was simple what she felt for him. When night falls he sits, awaiting on her, staring blankly at the screen. Maybe by some chance she just signs in. As he looks up she catches a glance of him self, in the large over set mirror behind his hard solid wood desk. His large hands, slowly lifting graze his pale white face, and drifted over his pale Pink soft lips. He could only think one thing as he tossed his head back, and drew this fingers through is longish black soft hair. And he asked himself this, "Why aren’t i good enough."
Was it time he give up, give up on her, on himself,
On life?
i actually read it and i like it..what a lucky girl

what would you do with the 2 boys being judged my murdering another child?
i was shocked to see the details of their answers in court and what they said the 9 year old while they killed him. they are clearly sociopaths,so should they be locked forever? i honestly think they should. i have a 8 year old child, only few years younger than this kids and for them to react and say what they say its because there is no chance for hem to be normal ever!
some scrips of court and police
Nicholas Campbell QC, prosecuting at Sheffield Crown Court, described how, after the brothers left the scene, the younger boy knelt next to the other boy and asked him if he was OK.
The elder boy replied: "No. I can’t see and I can’t move my body… You go, and I’ll just die here."
During a police interview, the younger of the two brothers was asked whether he had meant to kill the boys:
(The younger brother): No.
(Police): Why did you stop?
(YB): Erm, he kept screaming, so I stopped it.
(P): How were you feeling?
(YB): What, when I kept hitting him?
(P): Afterwards?
(YB): Tired .. my arms were hurting.
(P): If your arms hadn’t been aching, would you have carried on?
(YB): Yeah.

well society has allot to answer for and of course the parents
we are not allowed to chastise children without the threat of social services being called in
I wonder how many parents are in despair of what to do with the children
these children are now bad and i would not know what to do with them of course they will have to be took into care but then these council run children’s home have not a good Track record
maybe a secure mental unit would be the best place
I still think children have to learn from a very early age the right and wrongs
if i did wrong when i was a child my mother (a single ) through divorce would give me a slap
but also love and i have never been in trouble with the police

Turns my stomach, we need to build jails for kids up to 18 years of age. T.V. promotes so much violence as with the crappy video games I don’t know why this type of crap is allowed, matter of fact I can answer my own question here, MONEY. Dirty B…….s that shows this type of crap. These boys cannot be trusted anymore, they do need to be locked up. Can you imagine if it were your sons? I would be scared to sleep in my own bed at night, no telling what they would do to me if I had to punish them for something they did….and if this evilness did not come out when they were younger, maybe it would come out later.
Tropical One | Jan 21, 2010
No real parent will let their kids see violent films or containing scenes of sex. They wouldn’t have them roaming the streets either. As these kids were in care – where is the care they were receiving? It is the same with violent games – violence breeds violence and young children’s minds can be seriously warped. Every baby is born pure not evil, it is what happens to them that can make them evil like these 2. Children need guidelines and role models from a very early age and if they are left to roam freely at night and no doubt bunk of school, then they are bound to get into trouble with petty theft etc. This though is something else. Who knows how long their minds have been warped and who knows the reason why they even went into care. Maybe they were abused as well and the vicious circle goes on. The authorities also are responsible because they were in the care of the authority who had them placed in foster home. They should have kept a very close eye on them as I am sure if they delve deep there will be other incidents of violence etc in schools.

JESSIEBLUE | Jan 21, 2010
Very little will happen too those boys – it will be a repeat of the ‘Bulger tragedy’ – all they will get is a few years in ’secure accomodation’ – release – new identitys – just like the killers of ‘young Bulger’.
Anyone expecting justice with this case can forget it – these PC/HR crowds (as with the Bulger case) have already swung into action with regard too these morons ‘Human Rights’ – no matter about the victims HR – they don’t/won’t count – they never do.
Its a sign of our society and the depth we’ve sunk into with cases like this when things at that age happen – The parents won’t have too explain anything as they ‘won’t be indentified’ – if they had spent more time controlllng these morons this sad event would not have happened.
Expect more of the same – there are 100’s of out of control kids/morons out there just waiting to ’socially expload’ – caused for the most part by ‘out of control parents behaviour’ who could’nt careless what there kids get up too..!!

they knew what they were doing as most have said i think the whole family should be locked up .
no excuses

These two boys are evil beyond words. Even wild animals would not resort to such depravity. A psychiatrist has already said that one of the boys could go on to be a psychopath. No amount of counselling or mental rehabilitation can help these evil minds and they are a danger to society and always will be. They should never ever be released into society. The public will never be safe from these feral scum kids. The parents should be held accountable, and some form of punishment given for extremely bad parenting and negligence. Also they should be prevented from having any more children. Any remaining siblings of these boys should be taken into care for their own good and safety.
Such evil has no place and if they were dogs they’d be put down. Shame that won’t happen.

I think we have a serious problem in todays western governments on how to treat criminals. I mean, how is it a deterrent to lock them up in a nice cell, with 3 square meals, healthcare, library and college, recreation, cable tv, etc….???
I say, whatever crime they did, no matter how sadistic, do it to them!
Open Your Eyes | Jan 21, 2010
Exterminate them and all other scum. LIke the two Jamie Bulger killers from Liverpool and Mary Bell ( child killer ) from Newcastle they will cost the country millions over their lifetime of pampering so just do away with them and to hell with all the lily livered liberals who will want to analyse their motives.
stickadiddle | Jan 21, 2010
They will in all probability be let loose eventually like the two Jamie Bulger killers, I believe that these two are pure evil. Blame the parents if you wish, or any other excuse, but these two are evil and should be put down.

I would put a bullet between each of there eyes. There is no consequense these days, its only going to get worse unless there are the harshest consequences. Thats what I think.

give the little bastards a lethal injection.
toothless22 | Jan 21, 2010
I believe those boys fully intended to kill the two other boys and it was only the sheer exhaustion of their violent torturing that made them stop.I pray that the boys that went through this traumatic ordeal get the therapy they need to cope.
Teri ann Rainbow | Jan 21, 2010
As a "civilised" society we have no choice..we have to treat them humanely to do otherwise would only reinforce the lesson that violence is acceptable which is a lesson these boys seem already to have learned. The violent solutions offered by some to the occurances of such terrible crimes are about the same as banning free speech so that Nazis cannot speak. I am as angry as anyone else but two wrongs do not make a right.
Leonidas300 | Jan 21, 2010
There is little choice here. If found guilty they must received a life sentence and it must mean just that. No more and no less. No early release no protected identity just a lifetime in prison

Send ‘em to Somalia…. I believe they bury people up to the waist, then chuck rocks …. and that’s only for adultery. I’m sure they could think up something real sweet for these 2 little f*****

How would these wrestlers be in 5 years IF they become main eventers + WQ?
Id say the Miz,as much as i dislike him,Miz is the number 2 heel on RAW and i could picture him World Heavyweight Champ. and he’d have the same gimmick but more like an opportunist.
I’d say Jack Swagger due to the Way he uses his all american ways in a match, like using a wrestling roll and his Gimmick would be the Same.
Ezekial Jackson, the guy is HUGE,i mean if we needed a WHC,He’s our heavyweight in the next 5 years due to the strength he has.I think Jackson could be our next Kane strength wise
Evan Bourne,The guy is the Greatest high flyer i’ve ever seen,No offence to people like HBK or Mysterio or Eddie Guerrero (R.I.P And VIVA LA RAZA!) but Evan is a great high flyer and his gimmick could be like Eddie Guerrero, Lying,Cheating,Stealing but face-Tweener.
I’m gonna get hate comments for this but Santino Marrela,The guy makes the crowd laugh and boo and cheer without trying,as much as his gimmick is weird,if WWE changed his gimmick into like and Italian Bad *** and give him the Zack Attack for a finisher,id think he’d be good.
John Morrison,The guy jobs to people and he doesnt care,he has fun in the ring and he doesn’t act tough to get with the Crowd, they follow him everywhere he goes and he doesn’t let this get in his head.So I’d say he should keep his Gimmick and become the Next Bret Hart,a great wrestler all around.
Ted DiBiase JR. The guy is the complete package,he has great mic skills, uses Opportunities,Nice speed,Strength because of how he does Dream Street,He has the Agility to not get tired until about 7 minutes in the match, and Diabiase’s gimmick could be like a "Anti-Legacy" Group Leader.
So whut do you think they’ll be in 5 years?
WQ:Is Edge Tweener or Heel?Because the crowd was killing him with boos at moments and cheers at others
